Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

All trading card sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong item, or if the item arrives damaged when shipped using an insured method.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unopened and in the same condition as received.

 

2. Return Request Window

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact us with their order number and relevant evidence within this period. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.

 

3. Acceptable Reasons

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

• You received the wrong item  
• The item arrived damaged during shipping  
• The item has a clear defect that was not described

 Loss or damage in transit is covered only when an insured shipping method was used; uninsured methods, which you select at checkout, are not eligible for a refund or replacement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The item has been opened, used, or altered  
• The request is based on personal preference or subjective condition assessment  
• The market price of the item has changed  
• The customer no longer wants the item  
• The item was damaged after delivery due to customer handling

 

5. Evidence Requirement

To process a return request, customers must provide clear evidence of the issue, such as photos showing the problem.

For damage or missing item claims, customers may be required to provide a full unboxing video recorded from before opening the package until all contents are clearly shown.

Return requests without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

 

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

 

7. Refund Method

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

8. Inspection & Approval

All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon arrival.

 We reserve the right to refuse a return, or to issue a reduced refund, if the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, is not the item we shipped, or shows signs of substitution, tampering, or alteration.

 

9. Final Sale Clause

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
