All orders are shipped from Japan.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Customers can review the selected shipping method at checkout and refer to the carrier’s official website for estimated delivery times from Japan.

7. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

For trading card products, the general HS code used for customs classification is 9504.40. Please note that final classification is determined by customs authorities in the destination country. Customers are encouraged to check their local import regulations and estimated duties in advance.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order may be canceled and any return shipping or handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

 

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees or the order may be canceled.

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

9. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or local postal service disruptions.

We are not responsible for delays once a shipment has been dispatched.

 

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

For damage or missing item claims, customers may be asked to provide a full unboxing video recorded from before opening the package until all contents are clearly shown.

We will assist you in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier. Any compensation or resolution will be determined according to the carrier’s policies and investigation results.
